Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and diligent Controlling Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving financial transparency, optimizing performance, and supporting strategic decision-making for IT Function within the organization. As a vital member of the controlling team, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting, ensuring alignment with our business goals and compliance with regulatory requirements for IT Function.

You'll make a difference by:

• Serve as a trusted business partner: provide transparency to local business divisions on IT performance, KPIs and value flows.
• Analyze all aspects of the IT process and reporting: Services, Projects, Provider- / Receiver-views, Productivity, Headcount.
• Manage financial cycles: planning, year-end closing, monthly/quarterly reporting, JVs, cost centre clearings, PlaCon input, and WBS allocations.
• IT performance controlling for projects and services, quantify business demands, analyse costs and billings, prepare bridges & variance analysis for deviations to forecast / budgets.
• Display highly effective networking, collaboration, time management, and presentation skills.
• Support and provide documentation for ICFR and CF Audits as required.
• Timely hedging against forex impacts to reduce business exposure to INR / Euro deviations.
• Ensure accurate monthly reporting in ESPRIT V3 & V8 in the relevant depth structures.
• Maintain E2E value flows in SAP: profit & cost centre clearing, update WBS elements, PO's / SO's, etc
• Integrate and validate data across multiple systems: PlaCon, SAP, OneSRM, ESPRIT, etc.
• Validate global usage-based and direct charging with business consumption data.
• Handle business queries, disputes and escalations per established processes.
• Carry out ad-hoc analyses and data consolidation of various kinds as requested.

• You bring in more than 5 years of significant experience in controlling. Good proficiency with Advanced MS excels, word and PowerPoint, SAP, ESPRIT.
• You have bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Commerce.
• Influencer, solution provider, executioner, and ability to present and possess strong communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate message to management as and when required.
• Have a vibrant personality & friendly attitude, Positive, inspiring and motivating person with passion and drive
• Strong analytical approach, proactivity, priority management and organization
• Ability to communicate with different partners and teamwork oriented
