  • Risk Coordination: RCSA reviews: To lead and Co-ordinate, check and challenge the process through reviews and half yearly KCA testing, tracking & Investigation of Notifiable Events, KRI submissions.
  • MUDA Coordination: To lead and co-ordinate, provide guidance, attestation, check and challenge the risk assessment on MUDA\xe2\x80\x99s.
  • BCP Coordination: To lead and co-ordinate, review and provide timely BCP submissions.
  • Delegated Authority: Coordinate, monitor & maintain the Delegated Authority setup, review process on Peoplesoft , ARIA & Liquid Office.
  • Process reviews: To Lead and perform process reviews and prepares Risk and Controls matrix\'s
  • Use judgement to strengthen a positive risk and control culture, by identifying, assessing and managing risk within the business area.
  • To take lead and ensure cross training is provided within the team.
  • To support the Risk team on any Adhoc projects.
  • To support any audit assignments
  • To review and strengthen existing procedures
Knowledge & Skills (Must Have) :
  • Confidence & excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of report writing and documentation
  • Experience & Detailed knowledge of doing risk assessments, scoring of risks and suggesting controls and methodologies
  • Detailed knowledge of SOx & Internal audit and/or Risk Management
  • Good understanding and interpretation of Risk Framework and policies
  • A strong background in Operational Risk management, identification of Risks within Business and suggest corrective measures
  • Ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation & externally.
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills
Knowledge & Skills (Additional) :
  • Knowledge of various Risks & understanding the impacts and corrective measures
  • Financial Services product and market knowledge would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of UK Insurance, products and services desirable
  • Detailed knowledge of Six Sigma tools like SIPOC & FMEA
  • Good Team building and Leadership skills
  • Time Management
  • Planning and Organisational Skills
