JOB SUMMARY

• Responsible for end-to-end payment processing including vendors / employee\'s pay-outs
• Responsible for end-to-end group business including receipting / financial transactions and policy payments

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for Vendor payouts, en-composing end-to end procurement to payment cycle for over 60K payouts per annum
• Put in place adequate controls on payout disbursement, including approval of expense as per EDM and posting as per JAM
• Manage Employee reimbursements for travel, petty cash, Cash drop and DD drops with over 60 K transactions per annum
• Manage payouts as per laid down SLA\'s with strict monitoring of discrepancy rates of claims logged in
• Pro-active engagement with all persons raising claims to minimize rejections and discrepancy, resulting in repeat processing

Measures of Success

• Delivery of TAT as per SLA agreed with cross function teams
• No scope of errors in payout processing
• Ensure all group level transactions are rightly effected in books and approvals as per processes and regulations in place

Key competencies/skills required

• Ability to work independently and deliver on time
• To work closely with other teams - Operations, Legal , IT, Claims, Actuarial, HR
• Build constructive relationship with other department at Max Life

Desired qualification and experience

• B Com / Semi CA with at least 5-6years experience in similar field
