Ensure peaceful and disciplined industrial relations
Implement vigilance drives and improve employee connectivity
Maintain discipline and industrial peace & harmony
Oversee shop floor discipline and disciplinary management
Execute disciplinary processes for misconduct and fraud
Act as an advisor for employee relation managers
Handle employee disputes in courts sensitively while protecting company interests
Coordinate manpower planning with IEE for apprenticeship trainees
Organize pool and campus recruitment drives as needed
Engage in brand-building activities at ITI campuses
Manage trainees' compensation
Maintain relationships with college placement officers
Ensure the onboarding of trainees
Foster good relationships with the Board of Apprenticeship officials
Complete joining formalities, system hiring, contract registration, onboarding, and issuing letters
Timely complete continuations and separation processes
Conduct engagement activities, rewards, and recognition for trainees
Manage establishment for employees
Oversee end-to-end payroll management (SAP)
Implement long-term settlements
Experience

Industry Preferred
Experience within the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred, given the specific dynamics of shop floor operations, unionised workforce management, and production-driven environments.
Knowledge of the agricultural machinery or farm equipment sectors, particularly within an industrial organisational context, would provide beneficial insight into the operational challenges and workforce requirements.
Background working with large, reputed companies that value worker safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in industrial relations will be an advantage.
