EV System Understanding

+ Analyze and validate the functional behavior of EV systems including powertrain ECUs, VCU, BMS, MCU, and instrument clusters

Battery and EV Vehicle System Knowledge

+ Understand battery functional requirements, vehicle specifications, and key performance parameters for testing and validation

HIL Environment Development

+ Design, develop, and maintain HIL setups using Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, vTESTstudio, CANoe.DiVa) and dSPACE platforms

+ Integrate EV controllers into HIL systems for software testing and validation

Requirement Analysis & Automation

+ Interpret system-level requirements and convert them into automated test cases

+ Ensure complete traceability from requirements to test execution and defect tracking

Test Case Development

+ Create and automate test cases based on system requirements for functional and regression testing

Documentation & Reporting

+ Prepare and maintain documentation including test plans, test cases, test reports, issue logs, best practices, and lessons learned

Test Execution & Analysis

+ Conduct manual and automated tests on HIL systems for powertrain and EV software (VCU, MCU, BMS, Cluster)

+ Analyze test results, identify issues, and support debugging with development teams

HIL Infrastructure Management

+ Design, simulate, and maintain scalable and reliable HIL infrastructure

Tool Proficiency

+ Utilize Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANoe, vTESTstudio, CANoe.DiVa) for simulation, diagnostics, and automation

Communication Protocols

+ Work with CAN, CAN FD, UDS, and OBD protocols for diagnostics and

- communication testing

Software & Product Lifecycle

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing activities with product and
software development lifecycles
