Proficient in electrical parts: wiring harnesses, switches, lighting, sensors, motors, throttle, and clusters Experienced with PFMEA, FMEA, DVP, and FTG development Apply APQP methodology and conduct PPAP audits Monitor and track part development to meet project timelines Collaborate on technical reviews with suppliers and engineering teams Interpret engineering drawings, DVP, and testing protocols Ensure product validation and maintain quality standards
