Overview The Logistics Procurement Sustainability Analyst will have a direct influence on all cross activities in Climate Change (3PL Scope 3 GHG emissions) supporting GP Logistics Sustainability Sr. Mgr. and Logistics Centre of Excellence team in setting up all KPIs which will enable to define, develop, and monitor the Glidepath to decarbonize our Transportation Scope 3 emissions across Sector which represents around 20% of all our GHG emissions. Responsibilities Category Management/Operational Excellence: Manage all sustainability related data gathering with BUs Prepare presentations to provide overall summary/performance metrics Provide analysis, including cost modelling, market research, best practices Build a comprehensive summary from Supplier\' capabilities (RFIs analysis) Provide support on pilot project implementations Key Internal Stakeholder and External Supplier Management: Engage with Regions & Suppliers to support data collection and market analysis Support project implementation, negotiation of contracts and developing glidepath strategies Compliance, Policies and Reporting: Embody the highest standards of compliance and ethics Adhere to Corporate & Social Responsibility policies & procedures (PepsiCo Positive) Managing small scale procurement activities, to be aligned during annual Operating plan in line with expected monthly workload.
