The Deputy Manager - Digital Marketing will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate quality leads, and drive business growth across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, etc.
Oversee SEO, SEM, display advertising, and website performance
Drive lead generation campaigns and ensure cost-effective conversions
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare regular MIS and performance reports
Coordinate with creative, content, and external agencies for campaign execution
Manage social media strategy, content calendars, and engagement metrics
Optimize landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates
Track industry trends, digital innovations, and competitor activities
Ensure brand consistency across all digital communication
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of performance marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Proficiency in SEO/SEM strategies and campaign optimization
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively
Experience in real estate, BFSI, or consumer-driven industries (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
