U Maximize Applied to paid to meet business plan


U Mapp Hub Hold Cases resolution within TAT


U Mapp NFTR % Reduction


U MIS and Reports


U Follow-up for GO Actionable resolution by FOS


U Booking & Tracking of Medical reports


U Customer complaint resolution within TAT


U Maximize collections in (90-180D)


U Ensure NC cracking through field


U ECS Traction


U ISMS / Welcome Call


U Dissemination of collections, complaint and met appointment


data to the field and follow up.

Measure of Success:





U Timely & Accurate MIS


U Successful tracking on new business parameters (P2A, FTR, Business Leakage, GO Actionable TAT & 13th / 25th Month persistency


U POS Discrepancy Rate & resolution TAT


U Timely WIP Movement to timely business processing


U Complaint Resolution TAT


U Audit Rating


U ECS Registration & ECS Rejection

Desired qualifications and experience:




? Should be a graduate, preferably with a professional qualification.


? Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience

Knowledge and skills required:





? Experience of managing operations and/or customer service preferably in banking, telecom or MNC service companies.


? Good communication skills.


? Strong Customer Focus
