Position: Manager - Dy. Manager Corporate Marketing

Reporting: - Group Brand Manager

Based at : Corporate Office, Delhi

Go-To-Market Planning and Execution

- Co-creating the annual operating plan of the brand and own the execution for the markets

- P&L responsibility - Own the revenue generation through market facing activities across the portfolio through effective use of marketing budgets allocated

- Driving innovation in GTM activities through all the available levers

- Market entry strategy - devise effective and innovative methods to enter new markets

- New product launches - Create effective GTM plans to maximize awareness and trial generation of all new products across price points

- Generating market specific insights through keeping an ear to the ground. Bringing in the regional nuances in insight generation, especially in Southern India.

- Stakeholder management involving Sales teams, Commercial teams, Sales development teams, Sales coordination, SCM, Customer experience & engagement team and senior management

- Working with activation agencies and other vendors to develop these go-to-market strategies and lead their implementation

Offer Development:

- Development of brand positioning and subsequent visual metaphors that can be leveraged on pack and communication

- Development of communication and messaging for various touch points that can be leveraged

- Interaction with advertising agencies and design firms to develop briefs and develop packaging and other advertising and promotional material

- Co-ordination and interaction with R&D for the development of new offers (including innovations) and bringing them to market
