Roles & Responsibilities

To oversee and manage CNC machining operations, ensuring efficient production, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery of components while maintaining safety and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

Supervise daily CNC machining activities. Allocate jobs to machines and operators based on production schedules. Monitor machine performance and ensure optimal utilization.

Quality Assurance

Ensure components meet dimensional and surface finish requirements. Implement in-process inspection and coordinate with the quality team. Address non-conformance and initiate corrective actions.

Team Management

Lead and train CNC operators and technicians. Maintain discipline and safety standards on the shop floor. Conduct skill development programs for operators.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines. Troubleshoot programming and operational issues.

Process Improvement

Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Optimize cycle times and reduce scrap/waste.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain production records, tool usage logs, and machine health reports. Prepare daily/weekly production reports for management.

Experience

Senior-level: 8 - 10 + years

Qualification

BE or Diploma ( Prefered Mechanical /Aeronotical).
