Description: R&R for the position: Lead sourcing activities to ensure on-time sourcing and establish program requirements timely. Lead SSOW(Supplier statement of work) for all applicable parts clearly capturing all development needs & suppliers\' deliverables - Ensure sample requirements for pre-build/Acceptance criteria, packaging etc are established Ensure BOM cost performance to target and compliance to Visteon business priorities during sourcing - Savings, LTA, tooling, Inco terms, pay terms etc. Secure Parts for all builds - All pre-builds Monitor tool development activities and d ensure the on-time PPAP. Perform Launch readiness capacity check (safe launch & ramp-up) Track and Manage Design changes post-initial sourcing. Assess/Negotiate for timing or cost risks. Weekly Track industrialization progress and mitigate any roadblocks. Mitigate risks/ RED status for Purchasing deliverable measures Track margin improvements/VAVE opportunities through localization and cost benchmarking. Follow -IATF process and support Quality audits (Internal/External). Drive overall strategies of the organization to ensure cost saving through the following phases Idea Generation and Screening, Concept Development /Testing, Analysis, Product Development, Market Trends & Commercialization, and industrialization Prepare and maintain costed BOM, Vendor tooling. Provide early visibility and avoid risk through timely escalation and mitigation. Requirements 1. 12 to 14 years of working experience and 10 procurement working experience in the automotive industry. BE in Mechanical or Electronics is preferred. 2. Proactive and good analytical skills 3. Good leadership skills 4. Strong communication, good team player, coordination and problem-solving skills 5. Robust/self-starter with a passion for a technology approach 6. Self-motivated and result driven 7. Experience and willingness to work in a global organization structure. 8.
