Deputy Manager - C&B Analyst/ Sales Incentive Planning - BPM - 2+ Years - Mumbai/ Gurgaon
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits professional and Incentive Sales Planning professional who thrives on compensation benchmarking, data analytics and Total rewards strategy. Location- Mumbai/ Gurgaon

Responsibilities: * Designing and developing dashboards and reports for senior leadership to track compensation trends and workforce analytics

• Managing and maintaining compensation data for global employee populations with utmost accuracy
• Assisting in the digital transformation journey of the HR function
• Supporting compensation planning, budgeting, and incentive program implementation
• Partnering with HR teams across geographies to resolve queries and drive rewards excellence

Requirements: * Post-Graduate in HR or Graduate with 3-4 years of relevant experience

• Advanced MS Excel skills for reporting, modeling, and forecasting
• Working knowledge of analytical tools such as BI or Tableau
• Exposure to SAP (SuccessFactors), Fusion, or Workday (a plus)
• Highly analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
