Job Title: Deputy Manager - Business Planning & Analytics

Band: 5B

Reporting To: Sr.Manager

Department: Strategic Alliances

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partner / Agent On Boarding (Strategic Alliances; Existing and New)

a) Partner Branch Code creation

b) New SP code creation

c) Blocking of codes for SP\'s who have left the respective partner

d) Blocking of codes for branches that are no longer with partner

e) System Mapping.

Employee Specific-

a). New Sales Team Joiners Agent ID creation irrespective of designations

b). Updation of sales hierarchy on my agent master

c). Termination of Agent ID\'s for employees who have left the organization

d). Transfer of agent id for IJP sourced candidates

e). Vymo Updation of all sales force for the respective partners.

Partner Pay-outs

a). BAU commission release

b). Reward/GST pay-out

c). Reckoning payments flow

d). Collaborating with cross functions to raise PR\'s and vendor settlements

Partner Specific Compliance/Regulatory Fulfilment

a). Quarterly/ HFLY and Yearly audit working - Internal and External

b). Collaborating with partner team to communicate and close audit process

MINIMUM/SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE:

• Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline
• 3 to 5 years of insurance experience
• Good communication skills - English & regional language (mandatory)
• Age group: 21-35 years
