Deputy Manager - Contest & R&R Management - 3-4 Years - MIS/Data Analytics - Gurgaon

As a Deputy Manager - BPMA, you will play a vital role in managing dashboards, automating reports, and supporting key business initiatives through data insights and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Publish and manage MIS dashboards and contest reporting for key channels and relationships.
• Automate reports using tools like Python, Power BI, SQL, and VBA to improve reporting efficiency.
• Retrieve, analyze, and compile data from cross-functional teams for actionable business insights.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely publishing of contest and R&R data.
• Conceptualize and design new dashboards and templates aligned with performance frameworks.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and trend studies to support management decision-making.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in data analysis, contest management, or MIS reporting.
• Graduate/PG in any discipline, with strong analytical and data management skills.
• Hands-on experience in MS Access, Advanced Excel, Macros, SQL, and Python.
• Exposure to Power BI or other data visualization tools is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
