of Asst.Manager - Admin & Facilities Designation : Asst. Manager /Dy. Manager Experience : 5-8 years in IT industry CTC : 6 Lacs to 7.50 Lacs P.A Reason for Hire : replacement of exist employee Joining Date : 15-30 days. Knowledge of Access control, CCTV & Fire System & its supervisory documentation Knowledge of Manpower services management i.e., Housekeeping, Security, Gardeners & BMS manpower services Repair & Maintenance of office works Knowledge of Inventory Mgmt. i.e., Stationary, House keeping consumables and etc., Knowledge of Vending machine operations & control Petty cash management Knowledge of accommodation management i.e, guest house & hotels Knowledge of soft services & Hard services mgmt. Preparation of Monthly reports. Knowledge of vehicle management Knowledge of Electro Mechanical - UPS, DG set, Transformer, Electrical equipments MIS report preparation Physical security Management and documentations Education: Graduation &Technical diploma of any. Must understand local knowledge, Hindi & English Preferably a person who can understand & speak local languages apart from Hindi & English.
