Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
Deputy Manager
to lead and manage our Bancassurance operations in
Kottayam and Kannur
. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the
Life Insurance sector
, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales performance through effective team management and strategic partnership with bank branches.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and drive Life Insurance business through bank branches within the assigned region.
Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of Relationship Managers/Executives to achieve sales and business targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Bank Branch Managers and key stakeholders.
Ensure effective training, development, and performance evaluation of the team.
Analyze branch performance and implement strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical business practices.
Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to maximize business potential.
Develop market insights and provide feedback to the management for strategic planning.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Minimum
7+ years of experience in Life Insurance
, preferably in Bancassurance channel.
Proven
team handling
experience with consistent performance track record.
No recent job jumps or employment gaps.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple branches efficiently.
