• MES Data & Web UI Server installation & configuration

• MES Runtime Server installation & configuration

• MES Line/Workstation setup

• MES Database Server with MS SQL (follow MES standard architecture)

• MES Runtime Server (follow MES standard architecture) and print software license

• Standard PLC interface DFB for Auto/Semi-Auto Station

• Standard MES interface Web Service

• Standard Manual Assembly Station PLC Template

• All hardware (PLCs, scanners, sensors, screwdriver, printers...) and network

• setup/wiring

• Codesoft configuration

• Magiles HMI/iPC(for WI display) with Vijeo Designer runtime license

Additional Knowledge

• All necessary documents (technical specification, BOM, technical data, material

• Strong command of system design software (LabVIEW, TestStand)

• Extensive experience with C++, C#, .NET, JavaScript, Python, Oracle

• Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)

• MS Visual Studio, ASP.NET

• Extensive experience with OPC Unified Architecture platform

• Strong knowledge of communication protocols (Modbus, Ethernet, CAN, Profibus)

• Strong PLC programming (Control Expert, Machine Expert)

• Basic configuring and designing of HMI systems (Vijeo Designer)

• Familiar with vision systems (Cognex, Keyence)

Data Analysis

• AWS/On-Premium Server Details

• Ensure the CTP CTQs of machines and testers are captured and pushed to cloud/Sever.
• PY /JD dashboard creation, Traceability tools implementation.

Project management Skills

• Plan the detailed Implementation activities

• Follow up with team for execution roadmap

• Identify the risks in project and mitigate it.

• Budgeting & Cost control

• Project Handover

5+ years in PLC, Process Automation, MES Applications / Programming Knowledge: MY SQL, PLC, HMI, SCADA
