We're having an opening for the role of Demand Planner for EMB markets in our GDSO department.

Job Title:

Deputy Manager / Associate Manager - Delivery Planning (EMB Markets)

Reporting To:

Senior General Manager

Experience Required:

5 - 12 years in demand planning

Educational Qualifications:

Essential:

B.E. / B. Pharm / B. Sc.

Desirable:

MBA (Operations / Marketing)

Role and Responsibilities:

Demand Planning:

Ensure FG availability at point of sale as per market needs.

Inventory Management:

Maintain FG inventory at all levels according to norms.

Manufacturing Plan:

Prepare monthly manufacturing plans for MRP run.

Production Prioritization:

Review and prioritize production plans within SKUs across markets to ensure sales continuity.

Cross-Department Coordination:

Work with Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and P&D for smooth supply chain operations.

MIS Preparation:

Prepare various MIS reports for monthly review meetings, S&OP, and other dynamic monitoring and controlling of business operations.

S&OP Participation:

Engage in Pre-S&OP and S&OP discussions, escalating unresolved issues.

Demand Management:

Handle sudden changes in demand to seize sales opportunities and balance inventory levels.

New SKU Launch:

Coordinate activities related to new SKU launches.

Required Skill Set:

Strong communication and analytical skills. Effective decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate constraints. Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and MIS preparation. * Excellent communication skills.
