Job Summary:

A Mechanical Engineer designs, develops, builds, and tests mechanical and thermal devices, including tools, engines, and machines. The role involves solving engineering problems using principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, materials science, and structural analysis. Mechanical Engineers work across various industries, including automotive, aerospace, energy, manufacturing, and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop mechanical systems and components to meet project requirements. Conduct research and analysis to evaluate mechanical systems, tools, and equipment. Prepare 2D and 3D designs using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA). Perform simulations and stress tests using FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS). Supervise manufacturing processes and ensure quality control standards are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, civil, production, etc.). Create and maintain detailed project documentation including blueprints and technical manuals. Diagnose mechanical issues and implement cost-effective solutions. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Participate in product testing and validation.
