Job Description


JOB DESCRIPTION As Deputy Manager, Sales AC and Heating, you will: Responsible for forecasting, demand planning and monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plan Develop thorough understanding of customer application, market segment, competition, and regulatory standards Develop understanding of market dynamics and develop strategies to gain incremental business Prepare Value Story for Emerson products and influence customers with value proposition Work with influencing and regulatory bodies for orders related to railways/infrastructure industry Conduct product gap analysis and come up with product strategies Build inroads in upcoming business segments by positioning Emerson Products and Services Enhance customer satisfaction by value added services and customized solutions Develop strong understanding about customer\'s product development roadmap and future strategy Follow up with customers for payment and monitor their current outstanding payments regularly for ensuring credit exposure stays under control. Work with Application Engineers, Product Engineers, Plant and Quality team for qualifying new products in existing applications or existing products in new applications and deliver best customer experience Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering with specialization in Mechanical/Refrigeration Management degree in Marketing will be an added advantage 7 -9 years of relevant experience, with minimum 3 years\' experience in HVAC industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have analytical ability and clarity of thought About Emerson Emerson is a leading global technology, software and engineering company providing innovative solutions for customers in industrial, commercial, and residential markets.
