Roles and Responsibilities: -Candidate should be familiar with award of solar project on turnkey/EPC basis incl. evacuation system. Candidate should be familiar with Experience in end-to-end Contracts Management, Bid & Proposal Management, Vendor Management, centrally manage Procurement & contracts for all Solar projects. Candidate should be familiar with Experience in execution of number of projects and awarding of EPC contracts & deployment of contractors for driving towards the success of the project. Candidate should be familiar with Substation and Transmission Line materials for transmission and distribution projects from 11kV & 33kV. Candidate should have handled procurement of Switchyard and Transmission Line packages. Procuring all equipment in Trunkey Power Project for Power Sub-station and Transmission line up to 33kV (Breakers, Isolators, CT&PT, LA's, Insulators, CRP & SAS System, LT & HT Cable, Conductor, Tower material, OPGW. PLCC, communication equipment and all other items used in the Sub-station projects. Problem solving and exposure to materials costing Floating enquiries, preparation of techno-commercial comparison, negotiation with the suppliers, management approval notes, contract management etc. Purchase orders for Engineering Materials by reviewing requisition, orders for accuracy, obtain price quotations and comparison of the material in all respects (Price, Payment term & Delivery), negotiations & finalization of order terms. Preliminary Negotiate with vendors to secure the most favorable terms of business for the company and vendor. Familiar with Discom/Electricity Board inspection & Approvals process. Coordination with engineering team and project team to ensure on time delivery of material at site. effective communicator with exceptional analytical, technical, negotiation and client relationship management skills with ability to relate to people at any level of business and management.

Qualifications and Skills:

BE Electrical or MBA
Max. Exp: 8 to 10 Years
SAP MM & MS office experience.
Experience in working with solar industry will be preferred.
