Who you are
Role purpose: Working primarily within the Digital Marketing team and supporting the broader Digital Analytics team. This role has three core responsibilities: * Optimise existing digital website & App using digital analytics

  • Find opportunities for new marketing by analysing audiences and developing a deep knowledge of the market
  • Support reporting for the team
The goal is simple, give the digital analytics team the capability to improve and create sales activity. The role is broad, requiring a logical mind and a business focus to find new opportunities. In exchange, there are many development opportunities.
You'll be analysing all data outputs across key KPI's and beyond to drive detailed Insight to effect business change. To produce weekly forecasts based on financial targets across the PAYM/PAYG/HBB segments and to pre/post check targeting accuracy to improve future modelling.
Being a subject matter expert in pulling and manipulating data sets from web anaytics (Adobe Analytics) and presenting them in a concise and relevant manner. Most important is a logical approach to analysis and problem solving. You'll be able to accurately convey trends and outliers to senior manager audiences and the wider business alike, and able to make solid business recommendations on data sets produced. Using expertise in analytics, the incumbent provide structured and data-backed analytics solutions to create bottom-line impact for the business. The role leverages / re-engineers existing solutions to delivery efficiently. The role also demands an innovation led approach to delivery through the use of evolving analytical techniques / technologies
Explore data warehouse and marketing channels for under utilised opportunities and working with the marketing tech and data lead, and channel owners, to create practical plans for execution
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
Masters in Analytics, Operations Research, Statistics or similar / MBA from a premier B-school
5+ years of experience in digital analytics domain
  • Significant exposure to Adobe Analytics
  • Using/learning SQL to pull data from our data warehouse
  • ML & data science knowledge to create digital prediction models
  • Expertise on data warehouse platforms like Teradata with knowledge of Advanced SQL
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills with track record of engaging with business project leads
  • Flexibility and problem solving
  • Previous experience in Telecom would be a distinct advantage
Key Accountabilities
  • Analysing the end to end digital journeys from the customer's perspective, measuring drop off rates, bounce rate, and cost effectiveness
  • Online Tagging Change management and benefits tracking
  • Audit and best practices for maintaining the scheduled reporting queue
  • Problem resolution based on analysis of factual information and making timely recommendations
  • Use digital tools & drive towards online sales & service KPI's proactively
  • Provide a delightful and "easy to work" experience to the business stakeholders while setting clear expectations
  • Create & analysis workspace using adobe analytics platform & provide insights to improve customer experience
  • Create use case of digital assets optimization & set up those use cases using Adobe Target platform
  • Create ML model using digital data to predict digital behavior
