Job Description

Responsibilities: General Administration:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations across the organization.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and administrative budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and reports related to administrative functions.
Facility Management:
  • Supervise maintenance of office infrastructure, equipment, and utilities.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, AMC, and facility upgrades.
  • Ensure safety, security, and hygiene standards are consistently met.
  • Manage space planning and office layout optimization.
Housekeeping:
  • Lead and monitor housekeeping staff and services.
  • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of office premises, restrooms, and common areas.
  • Implement SOPs for cleaning schedules and quality checks.
  • Handle procurement and inventory of cleaning materials and equipment.
Food & Beverage (F&B):
  • Oversee pantry operations and cafeteria services.
  • Coordinate with caterers and vendors for food quality, hygiene, and timely service.
  • Manage F&B budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Conduct periodic audits of pantry and kitchen areas.
Qualifications:
Experience: - 10+ Years
Education: - Any graduation
