Role Overview



This is a dual-role position that requires hands-on experience in both administration management and procurement operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling hospital infrastructure, staff coordination, compliance, vendor management, and supply chain activities in a dynamic healthcare environment.

8. Compliance

Required Qualifications & Skills



Graduate in Business Administration, Logistics, Hospital Management, or related field

4 to 6 years of experience in administration and procurement; healthcare/hospital sector experience preferred

Strong knowledge of vendor negotiation, asset and facility management, and compliance handling

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience in inventory software or ERP is a plus

Excellent communication, multitasking, and leadership skills

Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills/Experience



Prior experience in hospital, veterinary, animal care, or pet-related facility

Familiarity with procurement of veterinary medicines and supplies

Working knowledge of biomedical waste management and fire safety protocols

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
