Key Skills



Complete Overview and responsibility of Accounts Receivables Process.

Good Knowledge of MS-Office (Excel + Word + PPT).

Ability to use various online platforms provided by customers + internal company software's.



Overview of the process of generation of customer invoices as per MIS data received from operations team.

Reconciliation of internal data with customer's data and highlight any discrepancies.

Perform regular and in-depth variance analysis of sales data.

Review of end to end accounting of customer invoices in Tally Software.

Periodic Reconciliation of customer ledgers and highlight any discrepancies.

Business Support for Operations Team.

Team Leader role for managing a team of 4-6 AR executives.

Monitoring monthly GST output liability, TDS by customers, GST E-invoicing.

Follow-up for outstanding payments with personal visits to clients as per requirement.

Periodic travel outside Pune city is required.

Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and large work volume.

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Desire to learn new concepts and intention of professional progress.

Polite and patient in dealing with internal as well as external stakeholders.
