Initiate human resource programs and projects.
Conduct research through data collection, surveys, and other methods to identify problems or root causes.
Provide advice and recommendations to HR personnel and clients for resolving daily issues.
Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters.
Assess client HR needs and craft customized solutions.
Assist in setting KRAs and KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating training and development across departments.
Devise plans and techniques for driving change and managing organizational culture.
Assist in the development and integration of HR policies.
Select and implement appropriate HR technology solutions.
Help establish control systems to ensure compliance with business methods and HR best practices.
