Job Description

Sourcing


Maintain and acquire new relationships with corporates with such requirements (in conjunction with Sales teams)


Maintain relationships with other Institutional Desks that are active in Structured Finance offerings



Credit selection


Actively work on selecting the right opportunities to take up for financing and/or syndications


Preparation of Credit Assessment Memorandum and representing the cases in the various approval committees



Structuring


Ensure correct structuring (including co-ordination with internal / external legal team) of the proposal to ensure innovative solutions to the client and at the same time build credit worthiness of the proposal and legal correctness



Live Deals Stage


Working with internal teams (sales, credit, risk, senior management) to ensure that the deals are approved within the system


Maintaining and expanding relations with investors in the market



Syndication


Where the deals are large and capable of being taken to the market, the candidate is expected to work with syndication team to ensure that syndication team can successfully execute the mandate.



Co-working


On the Structured Finance proposals, the candidate will be required to work seamlessly with multiple sales teams.


Graduation: B.Com, B.Tech, B.E


Post-Graduation: CA, MBA
