Job Description
Job Purpose To manage the overall quality and efficiency of the Banking operation for retail assets. Responsibilities Core Responsibilities: Develop, refine and implement Physical and E-nach registration process Monitor cycle dates & accounting of EMI banking. Control over the process and implement design for EMI Banking. Knowledge and experience in handling Escrow accounts Ensure effective and efficient processing within TAT & analysis for loan booking till Mandate registration and control on gaps. End to end ownership of banking of due cases. Effectively handle Bank reconciliation process & Escrow management. Process understanding of housing finance and construction finance for effective system enhancement for banking operating. Manage banking arrangement and coordination with bankers for new arrangement of CMS Monitor collection receipt details and report within TAT Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB/ IRB regulations. Should have vision on automate the process and suggest the change in process on time to time basis. Coordinate with Branch operation, sales / collection, Product team i.e. internal stake holders for query resolutions.
