Job Overview: Salary Upto 20LPA We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Deputy General Manager (DGM) to lead and manage large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of proven experience in building construction, including residential and commercial projects, with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of project execution in accordance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end execution of construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, timeline, and cost control.

Lead a team of Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Contractors for timely and effective execution. Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and government authorities. Prepare project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and schedules. Monitor progress and provide weekly/monthly reports to senior management. Ensure adherence to construction standards, contract terms, and statutory requirements. Implement best practices in project management, safety, quality control, and risk mitigation. Manage procurement planning and vendor negotiations in collaboration with the Purchase team. Resolve site issues and proactively mitigate delays and disputes. Conduct periodic site reviews and audits for project performance assessment

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ?2,200,000.00 per year
