Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies:

Creating and executing sales plans to achieve revenue goals. Analyzing market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and adjust strategies. Developing and implementing marketing strategies to expand the client base and promote the hotel.

Managing Sales Team:

Leading, motivating, and training the sales team to achieve sales targets. Providing guidance and support to sales managers and representatives. Evaluating team performance and providing feedback.

Client Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, both existing and potential. Negotiating contracts and ensuring client satisfaction. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Revenue Management:
