Location - Pune
Exp - 12 to 15 years
Sales Automotive to drive growth and innovation across full vehicle development (FVD) initiatives. The Person should understand Product Development and V cycle, have strong analytical and commercial mindset. This role blends technical expertise with strong business acumen, requiring coordination across cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Skills:
Sales and Business Development Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive complex initiatives.
Strong Technical knowledge in Automotive Engineering, Full Vehicle Development - Technology, Mechanical & Electrical and Electronics aspect, Vehicle manufacturing processes.
High proficiency in MS Office (Exce l & PowerPoint), ERP systems, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
Strong analytical thinking and business acumen.
Lead RFQ and proactive opportunities and coordination across Product Development, FVD, Manufacturing Engineering, and Embedded Electronics.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing client and also managing the commercials of change request from client.
Drive sales and business development initiatives for manufacturing, embedded and electrical engineering solutions.
Collaborate with cross-function al teams to align technical capabilities with market needs.
Manage customer engagements, proposals, and presentations with a commercial mindset.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy and positioning.
Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce o r equivalent) and ERP systems for pipeline and opportunity tracking.
Prepare high-impact presentations and reports using Salesforce, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
