who will be primarily responsible for establishing, managing, and strengthening the Quality Management System (QMS) across our manufacturing plants and ensuring IATF 16949 certification and compliance. The role demands a leader who is deeply hands-on with IATF requirements and audits, and capable of building robust quality processes to meet customer and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the organisation's QMS with a strong focus on IATF 16949 compliance.
Drive IATF certification for all manufacturing units, ensuring readiness, documentation, and closure of non-conformities within deadlines.
Coordinate with plant teams to integrate IATF requirements into daily operations and develop process standardization.
Prepare and lead internal audits, management reviews, and external certification audits, ensuring seamless execution.
Establish and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and documentation control as per IATF standards.
Guide cross-functional teams in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC activities to ensure product and process quality.
Monitor QMS performance through defined KPIs and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for identified gaps.
Train and mentor quality, production, and supporting teams on IATF requirements to build a strong quality culture.
Serve as the main point of contact for external auditors and customers on quality systems and compliance matters.
