Responsibilities & Key Deliverables - Pro active drive for horizontal deployment of solutions across models - Conduct periodical reviews on KPI indicators with CFT team (Design, CDMM, Validation, CPE, Mfg. plant etc.,) for action implementations & field status update - Ensure Warranty parts management (handling & disposal) - New projects involvement, RPT Projection & Warranty cost projection considering potential field concerns - Recommend for recall / retro fitment/ field upgradation to management - Implementation of quality system & processes in line with M&M PVT - Warranty cosy provision for new projects & running projects - Reviewing department budget, new requirements, setting targets in line with organization requirements - Compliance to external/internal audit (IATF, MEM, ISO 9001 and 14000) & other certifications - Driving customer perceived Quality - Dealer / customer visit, capture feedback on product performance & doing continual improvement of product by bench marking with competition - weekly departmental review with HOD, based on the inputs take actions Experience 15-20 years in quality department at various sections ( Min 5-7 yrs. in field quality leading customer complaints handling) Industry Preferred Automotive OEM / Tier 1 Automotive Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical / E&E General Requirements
