Position: General Manager - Operations

Location: Thrissur

Industry: Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing.

Experience: Minimum 15 years in managerial roles within manufacturing and sales & marketing

Education: MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve organizational goals in both manufacturing and sales & marketing domains.

Team Management:

Lead and manage a diverse team of over 100 members across various departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Operations Oversight:

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes, from production to delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with HR, Administration, Logistics, and Sales & Marketing departments to align operational objectives and drive business growth.

Performance Monitoring:

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Continuous Improvement:

Drive initiatives for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement across all operations.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure adherence to industry regulations and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Desired Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing operations in both manufacturing and sales & marketing environments. Strong understanding of administrative functions, HR processes, and logistics operations. Experience in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to manage large, cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems.
