Drive Implementation of Industry 4.0 and digitalisations across manufacturing operations. Act as BAL for Operations and SPOC for DATOM Key Responsibility & Key Tasks IOT and Business Analytics Plan: Define the Operational level business problem statement, solution Framework, Capturing the business Use cases & Solution requirements Prepare Annual Plan by engaging with with all stakeholders to plan the business- exact requirements and determine exactly what the business wants from the IoT project. Conduct technical discussions and analysis with SMEs, Programmers & Engineers, which will help to improve the efficiency of business operations Education Post-graduate/Graduate in Mechanical/Automobile engineering Operations Management Work Experience Relevant Experience : 1. B.E/B.Tech with 1015 years of experience In depth knowledge of IOT and Business Analytics, Manufacturing Processes and project management, People management, Enterprise, IT and OT systems, IT Networks, Communication Protocols, Tata Motors Leadership Competencies Customer Centricity - Anticipating, understanding and focusing efforts on meeting the customer (stakeholders) needs or expectations Developing Self and Others - Recognizing continuous development is essential for success and taking steps to develop self and helping others to excel Driving Execution - Translating strategy into action and execution Leading by Example - Encouraging and following ethical standards Leading Change - Recognizing the need for change, initiating and adapting to change Motivating Self and Others - Inspiring teams and individuals Functional Competencies Tags
