Purpose of the position / Position Summary
This position will be responsible for promoting ethical culture in the organization by creating awareness of Tata Code of Conduct (TCoC) and related policies; and supporting with enquiries related to non-compliance of TCoC.

Responsible for the above ethics related activities for the regions/areas assigned

Education CA, MBA, LAW
Skills Soft Skills: Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Good Interpersonal & Communication (Essential), Teamwork, Emotional Intelligence (EI), Self-Driven and Analytical.
Hard Skills: MS Office & other Computer Applications, Data Analysis Tools, Good Writing and Presentation (Essential), Knowledge of Regional Languages (Preferable)

Education

Work Experience

Relevant Experience :
1.Conducting internal audits, independent investigations and reporting i.e. data analysis, document review, interviews, email analysis, etc.
2.Conducting trainings and awareness programs around code of conducts and ethics.
3.Network with local law enforcement agencies (Preferable)
4.Knowledge of business processes in manufacturing environment
5.Knowledge of laws around ethics i.e. bribery & corruption, anti-money laundering, data privacy, financial frauds, etc. and some basics of various factory (manufacturing) relevant laws.
6.Should be ready to travel and relocate
S.N. Job Responsibility
1Developing / updating ethics related policies and procedure documents
2Conduct training and awareness on Tata Code of Conduct (TCoC) and related policies (whistle-blower policy, conflict of interest policy, gift policy, etc.) - online trainings, classroom trainings, weekly mailers, ethics week celebrations, etc.
3Monitoring and tracking cases of TCoC violations
4Conduct investigation (along with local ethics counsels / ethics champions) in timely manner. This will include planning, coordination, data analysis, document review, interviews, email analysis, preparing report, case summary, preparing case documents, etc.
5Presentation cases to Chief Ethics Counsellor, Apex Ethics Committee and other forums
6Assist in submission of annual compliance report to group ethics committee
7Assist in continuously improving the ethics structure, processes, etc. through benchmarking, conducting surveys, etc.
