Job Description


Role Overview:

As the HRBP, you will play a crucial role in partnering with business leaders and managers to provide comprehensive human resources support and drive the people strategy within the assigned unit. You will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, implementing effective HR programs, and ensuring the well-being, engagement, and development of our employees.

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Planning:

- Collaborate with unit leaders to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.

- Provide insights and recommendations on talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning.

Employee Relations:

- Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for employees and managers within the unit.

- Resolve employee relations issues, conduct investigations when required, and provide guidance on disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.

- Promote a positive work culture by fostering employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.

Performance Management and Talent Development:

- Collaborate with managers to drive the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.

- Identify high-potential employees and work with managers to create development plans and career pathways.

- Support talent acquisition efforts by partnering with recruiters, conducting interviews, and providing input on hiring decisions.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Partner with the compensation team to ensure competitive and equitable salary structures and benefit programs.

- Advise managers and employees on compensation-related matters, including salary adjustments, promotions, and bonuses.

HR Program Implementation:

- Implement and communicate HR programs, policies, and initiatives within the assigned unit.

- Lead change management initiatives, providing guidance and support to employees and managers during organizational changes.

Employee Engagement and Well-being:

- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.

- Conduct employee surveys, analyze data, and propose action plans to address areas of improvement.

- Collaborate with the HR team to organize employee events, recognition programs, and wellness activities.

Requirements:

- Master\'s degree in Human Resources Management.

- 8-10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.

- Solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.

- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business goals.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

- Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

- Should have strong ability to influence and interact with senior business leaders.
