Set regional and team sales targets and monitor progress.
Guide sales and marketing teams in achieving revenue goals through structured plans.
Operations & Process Management:
Supervise end-to-end operations -- from lead management to order dispatch, installation, and service.
Implement
SOPs, process automation, and workflow improvements
for efficiency.
Ensure inter-departmental coordination (sales, operations, accounts, logistics, HR).
People & Leadership:
Lead a multi-functional team of managers and executives.
Establish performance-driven culture through clear KRAs, reviews, and mentoring.
Support HR in hiring, training, and developing team members.
