Job Description

Business & Strategy:



Support the top management in

formulating and executing business strategy

for growth and profitability. Identify new market opportunities and product lines to expand business. Track performance metrics, KPIs, and financial outcomes, and take corrective actions.

Sales & Revenue:



Drive

sales growth across B2C (online) and B2B (dealers, institutional)

segments. Set regional and team sales targets and monitor progress. Guide sales and marketing teams in achieving revenue goals through structured plans.

Operations & Process Management:



Supervise end-to-end operations -- from lead management to order dispatch, installation, and service. Implement

SOPs, process automation, and workflow improvements

for efficiency. Ensure inter-departmental coordination (sales, operations, accounts, logistics, HR).

People & Leadership:



Lead a multi-functional team of managers and executives. Establish performance-driven culture through clear KRAs, reviews, and mentoring. Support HR in hiring, training, and developing team members.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
