JOB DESCRIPTION

T he Deputy General Manager (DGM) is responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization. The role involves strategic planning, operational management, team leadership, and ensuring that company objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively. The DGM plays a key role in decision-making, policy implementation, and overall organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing business strategies and policies. Supervise and coordinate daily operations across departments to ensure alignment with company goals. Monitor performance indicators, financial reports, and operational metrics. Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure optimal utilization of resources. Lead and mentor department heads and senior staff to achieve productivity and performance targets. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Support in project planning, execution, and timely delivery. Handle client relations, vendor management, and stakeholder communications. Identify and resolve operational challenges to improve efficiency and profitability. Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and external communications when required.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or related field (Master's preferred). 10-15 years of relevant managerial experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record in strategic planning, operations, and team leadership. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant management software/tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
