Designation - Deputy General Manager - Customer Support

Responsible for leading the Service & Repair vertical, managing multi-location teams and complete inventory for all drone systems. Accountable for timely repairs and ensuring customer satisfaction. ensuring complete inventory management for the Customer support * Drives technical excellence, team training, and career development of all reportees.
