We Requires Deputy General Manager - Business Development & Bidding Pune - Baner

Position : Deputy General Manager - Business Development & Bidding

Industry: Construction (Industrial, Commercial, Residential)

Type: EPC / Contracting Firm (preferred)

Location : Pune - Baner

Salary: 10-20%+ on your Current CTC (as per experience & industry standards )

Role Summary:

Lead business development , and contract negotiations. Build client relationships, track market trends, and drive strategic growth.

Market Research, Strategy, and acquisition of new projects
Contract Management & Commercial Negotiations
Leading and mentoring the BD team
Requirements:

B.E./M.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory); PG in Construction Management (preferred)

15-25 years of experience in construction projects

Preference for candidates with EPC/Turnkey contract experience, including bidding, legal, and commercial terms

Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in industrial/commercial/institutional construction with EPC or contracting firms

Strong commercial and legal understanding

Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills

Working Days : Monday to Saturday
