Job Description

• Responsible for overall functions, supervision, coordination & administration of the Lupin's rehab facility /center Atharv Ability at Hyderabad.
• To deliver and facilitate delivery of specialist Neuro /spinal/mental rehabilitation services by providing assessment ,investigation & treatment of patients needing rehabilitation services with an objective of enabling patients achieve their maximum potential for physical, cognitive, social and psychological function, & thereby working towards improving their quality of living
• To manage P&L of the center/facility & ensure its commercial viability
• To manage the team of PTs, OTs, SLTs and other therapists /staff at the center to drive business at the center to meet objectives
• To design, implement, facilitate implementation of the rehabilitation functions, policies procedures, protocols and align with the current protocols
• To formulate strategy plan and vision for the center /facility that incorporates the strategic goals & objectives with milestones.
• To stay up to date with the domain knowledge & skills, laws & policies centering around rehabilitation & ensure the facility /center complies with relevant legislations
• To develop marketing plan to position Atharv as the rehab center of choice in the given geography and ensure progressive patient footfalls
• To organize and direct efficient & effective operations of the center /facility by managing and collaborating teams/staff
• To perform management activities like interviewing, hiring, evaluating, terminating of the staff members
• To impart continuous training and in- service education to staff as per professional standards of practice
