Your main responsibilities




Overview:





We are seeking an Administration Head to join our team. This role creates operational added value through the efficient use of tools and resources establishing actions to close capacity gaps on the country level and ensure efficient and smooth operation in each location.


Key Responsibilities:




Facility Management



Plan/organize and ensure proper cleanliness of the office premises Identify and negotiate contracts for overall upkeep of the facilities. Monitor the performance of the various contractors. Managing & identifying Hotels and guest houses and maintaining their up-keep.

Project Management:



To facilitate the office movements and plan for new offices Negotiating with the Estate agent/broker Identifying and coordinating with the Architect Liasioning for licences for telephone connection, registration of property etc

Utility Office Equipment



Negotiate and monitor contracts for regular maintenance for all utility services. Ensure that all utility functions across locations are running smoothly. This includes, Electricity, Water Supply, Air-conditioning. Monitor and ensure timely payment of bills and liaise with Government Agencies

Security & Safety:



Ensure the security/safety and health of employees, office equipment and office premises. Supervise the work of all security staff and Co-ordinate with our security agencies to ensure compliance with Statutory Security Guard Regulation of Employment Act. Ensure that basic first aid equipment are properly maintained and stocked in case of emergencies. To co-ordinate with the safety officers of the company for other safety related initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills Innovative with ideas to improve service/deliverables Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills Organizational and time-management abilities Continuous improvement mindset Knowledge of SAP, Excel and Software automations. 10-15+ years experience in Admin role.
