Requirements:

- Experience: 2-5 years

-Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Electronics

Essential Skill Sets:

a) 2-5 years of experience in electronics design or engineering, preferably in Defence Domain.

b) Knowledge in Schematics, Circuit Design, Testing, Analogue Signals, Digital Signals

Desirable Skill Sets:

a) Ability to interact effectively with project teams, managers and end users Ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success.

b) Document Control experience required.

c) Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Specific Skill Sets:

a) Experience in defence domain / Tank based systems/ electro-optics systems is desirable.

b) Customer Interaction and Communication Skills is an added advantage.

Duties in Brief:

a) Designing and developing electronic systems and circuits:

Includes everything from initial concept to detailed design and testing.

b) Conducting feasibility studies and requirements analysis:

Ensure the proposed electronic solutions meet the project needs.

c) Selecting appropriate components and materials:

Considering factors like performance, cost, and availability.

d) Creating and maintaining design documentation:

Including specifications, schematics, PCB layouts, test plans, and reports.

e) Developing and executing test procedures:

Validate the functionality and performance of electronic hardware & Systems.

f) Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues:

During development, testing and in existing products.

g) Collaborating with cross-functional teams:

Integrate electronic designs with other aspects of the product or system.

h) Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.

Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., EMI/EMC, safety).

Evaluating and qualifying alternate components for obsolete or end-of-life parts.

i) Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives:

Enhance development processes and methodologies.

j) Managing sustaining projects:

Which might involve design modifications for reliability or manufacturability improvements.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
