1. 8-9 years working experience in Food Safety and Quality planning for the Organisation

2. Developing advanced learning modules for the Industry -Content development , Power point presentation Development )

3. Designing Power point presentations for Top management

4. Digitising Services

5. Excellent Proposal writing skills

6. Highly analytical with structured thinking

7. Interfacing with global experts

8. Designing and Organising Workshops, Seminars, Round Tables to Bring in best practices / training

9. Writing for Newsletters and Publication

Key Skills and Attributes:

1. Developing new and innovative Services on FSQ for the Industry

2. Excellent Proposal Writing Skills for International and National level Projects

3. Demonstrates Structured, Analytical and Innovative thinking

4. Sound knowledge on UN Food System Transformation

5. Can conduct Trainings and Consultancy with practical examples on Excellence , Food Safety Quality tools , Techniques, System Standards (e.g ISO 22000, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, VACCP/TACCP, Risk Analysis Framework, 5S, Problem Solving, TPM etc in Food Sector etc).

6. Can develop excellent power point presentations
