As the Deputy Director of Category Management, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the category management processes within the organization. With a required experience range of 10.0-15.0 years, this position demands a seasoned professional who can drive strategic category initiatives and enhance procurement efficiency effectively.



Key Responsibilities:



Lead the development and implementation of non-apparel category strategies that align with the organization's objectives. Drive Revenue Growth for license and non-license brands in non-apparel categories Manage the category management team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure team success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations. Analyze market trends, conduct supplier evaluations, and identify opportunities for cost savings and performance improvement. Monitor category performance metrics, track savings achievements, and report on key KPIs to senior management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, increase operational efficiency, and enhance category management practices.
Stay abreast of industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and strategic adaptation.



Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Proven experience in category management, procurement, or strategic sourcing, preferably in a leadership role. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. * Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of driving results in a dynamic business environment.
