:
Reporting into the CHRO your roles and responsibilities are as follows:
- Overseeing the strategic alignment of HR operations in including oversight of team structure, deliverables and impact.
- Executing an effective framework for processes and technology solutions and deliver high quality service delivery.
- Driving process improvement initiatives across human capital functional areas to maximize efficiency of your team.
- Building analytics strategy and leveraging data/reporting to deliver key insights across the firm\'s talent base.
- Developing a standard firm-wide approach for reporting key human capital metrics to measure diversity, headcount, recruitment and attrition.
- Defining controls to ensure human capital data integrity and minimize risk exposure.
- Building local capabilities to manage RFP responses and background checks
