Job Description

We have an urgent requirement for a Deputy Center Manager with 5+ years of experience. We are seeking candidates with experience in the skin and laser clinic, wellness, slimming center, dermatology clinic, or hair/skin/beauty clinic industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Client Counseling

- Experience in sales and operations

- Manage weekly staff attendance rosters

- Coordinate with the Admin & Operations Team for branch maintenance

- Share daily reports related to operations and petty cash

- Act as the Center Manager in the Manager's absence

- Participate in staff grooming and training activities at the branch level

- Maintain company discipline and compliance- Monitor housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and hygiene at the center

- Motivate staff to achieve monthly branch targets

- Support new initiatives for improving branch performance

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Any Graduate

2. Experience in the skin and laser clinic, wellness, slimming center, dermatology clinic, or hair/skin/beauty clinic industry is preferred.

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Flair for customer service

5. Basic computer knowledge
