Job Summary



The Deputy Branch Manager will assist the Branch Manager in overseeing day-to-day branch operations, managing staff, improving customer service standards, and achieving sales and business development targets. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to support branch growth.

Key Responsibilities



1. Branch Operations



Support the Branch Manager in supervising daily branch activities. Ensure smooth functioning of cash management, customer service, and front-desk operations. Monitor adherence to company policies, SOPs, and compliance guidelines. Resolve operational issues and ensure timely escalation when needed.

2. Sales & Business Development



Assist in achieving branch sales targets for products/services. Identify new business opportunities and support lead generation. Conduct customer visits and promote financial/retail products (as applicable). Track team performance and help develop sales strategies.

3. Team Management



Supervise, guide, and train branch staff. Ensure staff productivity, discipline, and performance management. Conduct daily briefings and support in staff scheduling and workload distribution.

4. Customer Service



Ensure excellent customer experience and quick resolution of customer concerns. Monitor service quality and reduce customer complaints. Build strong customer relationships and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications & Experience



Graduate in Business / Commerce / Management (MBA preferred) 8-15 years of experience in branch operations or supervisory role Experience in banking, finance, or retail operations (as applicable)

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
